CO Panzerregiment 3

Hi, I am searching the name of the CO of the Panzerregiment 3 (2. "Wiener" Panzerdivision) during the Ardennes offensive. Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks Dieter, but could it be possible that Major Schneider-Kostalski was killed as the second regimental commander who died in Normandy (I believe I found this info in Eric Lefevre's Panzer in Normandy Then and Now)? I believe it was during the Mortain attack... Strangely enough not much info is available about this unit and its engagements in 1944...

Owkay, after some extra research I found something (hurraah, hurraah for the internet, for sometimes you can really find something usefull there...) : apparently, the CO of Pz.Rgt.3 was Oberstleutnant xxx von Wagner untill end january 1945.
