Hello,

Could someone provide information as to why these Commanders received the Knights Cross.

Oberst Otto Lasch, 1st Infantry Division 1941
Oberst Martin Grase, 1st Infantry Division 1941
Generalleutnant Philipp Kleffel, 1st Infantry Division 1942
Oberstleutnant Walter Lang, 1st Infantry Division 1943
Oberst Ulrich Iffland 1st Infantry Division 1943
