Please use "lower case" letters in your posts. In the english language, using all CAPITAL letters indicates YELLING, SHOUTING or ANGER in your sentances, and is considered rude behavior.

I occasionally use UPPER CASE lettering when I want to EMPHASIZE something, but then again we do have the capabilities of using BOLD, ITALICS and UNDERSCORE to do these too. Some people are just comfortable using all one case. I don't take his messages as yelling. Read the words and don't try and put emotional content behind them.
