August Michahelles – rank in OT?

Hello! Does anyone know if Regierungsbaurat August Michahelles held one of the “Frontführer” ranks in the Organisation Todt? He received the Finnish Order of the Cross of Liberty, 2nd Class with Swords on 19 Jan 1944. The Finnish award documents, prone to spelling errors, list his rank as “Gen.Fronführer,” which doesn’t seem correct. Thanks for any assistance!
