Gentlemen,
There were 767 recipients of the German Olympic Games Decoration 1st Class. My question is there any Luftwaffe or NSFK (National Socialist Flying Corps) officers that won that high neck decoration? I'm getting a "sore throat" again and needing an decoration around my neck!
Sincerely,
Edward

Awarded To Officers of High Rank
Gentlemen,
I know the German Olympic Games Decoration First Class can be awarded to Wehrmacht officers of high rank. I remember seeing a picture of Eduard Dietl before WWII wearing that neck decoration. He was of course the same man who was Generaloberst and the holder of the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords.
Sincerely,
Edward
