Possibly Oberleutnant Werner Reich, RTK 18.04.1943.

Thanks, Gareth, that's what I thought too - he looks a little young to be Obstlt. Then I saw that the other Reich was awarded the RK posthumously, and our man is not wearing a decoration, so I wondered ....................
