I have the Biblio series on Luftwaffe Generals and the April 1945 Rangliste from both Patzwall and Absolon. The Biblio entries are missing most of the specific dates for General Seniority (Gm 1.01.39(?). Is there a source to sort this out? Are Rangliste available for 1939-1945?
Is there a Rangliste of the Luftwaffe as of 1Sept 1939 or 22June 1941?
