I have many pictures of Dr.Bäke and the man on the first pic is definitly not him . My opinion !

Hi,
Oblt Hans Babo von Rohr received his EL posthum on 24 feb 1945, he was killed on 14 feb 1945, so a photo with the EL would be very strange...

Gentlemen,

He had no Third Reich Heer Eagle insignia that should had been on his right breast panzer uniform. I have a hunch that this Oakleaves winner had his picture taken at his home after WWII was over. He may had been an unconfirmed Oak Leaves winner as well.

The panzer officer's shoulder boards looks the rank of Hauptmann.
