Research help needed (Johann Portugall )

Hello all, this is my first post and I was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. Michael Miller highly recommends this site for research so I will give it a shot. My interest is generally in Heer Officers uniforms which I collect. I figure its is about time I do some research on the named ones I own. The first one I would like to research is the one I have the most info on. This was a vet acquisition. Here is the info I have

His name is Johann Portugall
I believe he was born on Jan. 16th 1917
To the best of my knowledge he was a Huptmanm in the Infantry Reg. 67 somewhere around or after 1942
Awards he won to the best of my knowledge:

DRL Oktober 19th, 1936 (I have this documentation)
EK1
EK2
Wound in silver and black
IAB

His dog tag reads 1. Schtz. K.P. aJ. R. 203 129

I would appreciate any help I can get and I would be more than willing to pay someone for the time if they can help me with my research.
