Does this abbreviation, g.Kdos./Chefs, have a specific meaning?

I am also wondering about G.St.Qu.

Thanks!

Hello,

Geheime Kommandosache means that just higher level officers are allowed to have/view these orders.
G.St.Qu. - means Generalstabsquartier ... the Headquarter of a General staff.

Chefsache is an even higher level of secrecy than gKdos proper. It means that only the Chef des Stabes himself is authorized to receive and keep this message.
There are times in history when staying neutral means taking sides.
