Here's what I have (from Lexikon der Wehrmacht)

Established 1 June 1941 from former foreign legion soldiers in Baumholder and Rheine. Attached to Afrika-Rgt. 361 (also former foreign legion soldiers). On 1 August 1942 renamed II./AR 190 (although the source has conflicting info and says that it actually became I./AR190 - this would make more sense, so probably did not in fact happen :D ).

On 10 November the battalion was the second artillerie battalion of Division z.b.V. Afrika, posted outside Tobruk, and was equipped with a staff including a signals platoon and two batteries with two light machine guns and four 7.5cm mountain guns each.
