I assume it means "Artillerie-Ausbildungs- und Ersatz-Regiment".

Are you sure it´s from the 10.SS-Pz.Div.'Frundsberg' ? 10./SS-Art.A.u.E.-Rgt usually stand for the 10.Batterie
of a specific unit.
The SS-Art.A.u.E.-Rgt was, I think, the artillery training unit for several, if not all? divisions of the Waffen-SS.
And it had at least up to 21 numbered Batterien...

just assumed it was frundsberg as label says to be exact , UNIT = 10./ss A.-A.-E.-R , SS NR = blank , name = cannot make out
