Does anybody know about "wi kdo"?

Hello everyone,
Today I want to post the subject about such subdivision, as "wirtschaft kommand" (wi kdo). During the occupation of Ukraine and more specifically one of the cities in Ukraine - Kharkov on the territory, close to the city, there is one of these units. There is the assumption that the area of this unit is in the Buddha city, as well as spread between the rivers Don and Donets. Interested in any information about this unit. Maybe someone knows which subdivisions included in this unit. What it does? Where were the main places of dislocation? Who headed this unit?
I would be glad of any information.

Do you have any more information: its name, the date ...? I would suspect that the wi kdo is part of another command. I have a map of German Rest and Recreation facilities around Kharkov, which might be controlled or related to what you are asking but without more information I don't know. The map is on T315 R1634 (a NARA roll that you can get for free in the Archives section) frame 643 (I think).

A WiKdo. was a very small unit with just a few men. It was responsible to reorganise, rebuild, organise, locate the economy (factories, workshops..) of a certain area.

Off the topic a bit, but this map shows how Wi Kdo Kharkov fits into the bigger picture.
As you can see it was a part of Wstab East (in German - Wirtschaftsstab Ost).

And also this plate doesn't have anything on the other side, exept of the name of the manufacturer (Budyansky factory of faience). Do you know anything about it?
