MARDER III AUSF H in ardennes or defence of Reich 1945
Hi all armour experts! Is there any possibilities that there was any Ausf H Marders in ardennes 1944 with infantry divisions, or did any unit use this type of panzerjäger in westfront spring 1945?? I have always liked this little kanonenwagen, and of course, it would be awesome to find any evidence that would place it to these crucial battles.

As far as records show, there were no Marders (any model) that participated in the Ardennes Offensive. The Infantry (mostly Volksgrenadier) divisions used Hetzers, with some using StuG III's and I think one had StuG IV's. There may have been Marders used in the Spring in the West but I don't have any information on that.

Apparently the 3rd Panzergrenadier Division and 246th Volksgrenadier Divisions had Marder III’s in the Ardennes. What variant tho, I have no idea

Also, in addition to the occasional Marder II in some of the panzer divisions indicated by Ron Klages, I forgot to mention the well known company of Marder IIIs present in the Fuhrer Grenadier Brigade in the Ardennes
