SS-Artillerie Standarte, September 1st, 1939

Hello,

Could someone tell me how many guns and what types equipped the SS-Artillerie-Regiment which supported the Panzer-Division "Kempf" during the Polenfeldzug?

I guess it was 36 towed light howitzers 10,5cm leFH 18, but I'm not sure about that.

Thanks for your help,
Cheers,

The organizational diagrams and photographs show three battalions of three batteries of 4×105mm motor-towed field howitzers.
Information not passed on is lost.

Thanks Leo. So there were 36 towed leFH 18 10,5cm for the whole regiment.
