Hello guys,

I'm looking for any info regarding English volunteers in the W-SS in the 'Der Freiwillige' magazine.

I know that the death notices of Alexander MacKinnion and Eric Pleasants, both members of the British Free Corps, were posted in the 1st issue of 2001.

I would be interested in scans of this issue's cover and the death notices plus any other
English volunteer info.

I am sorry but if I promise you to make a better scan of that article I would promise you to much.
As you see I made that post more then 3 years ago. And to look up those copies of the paper and then make new scans is to much work. You have to accept those scan that already exist.

Georg, please accept my apologies for not posting something earlier, but thank you for these articles. I have several on Nord that were sent to me, but I'm going to echo an earlier question. Your 4 Mar 2005 post about A.A.6's Bataillonkommandeur being shot isn't there. Is there anyway to get it back up?

Also, I wondered if anyone had page 23, of whatever issue Phil Nix posted the sstransportoffizier images? At the bottom of page 22 is an article about Nord's cuff titles, but it's missing the best part, apparently? Hilfe, bitte?

Please tell me, have the authors or publisher given permission to scan and post large portions of the publications? I ask only because the articles may still be under copyright.
