The historians dont know very much about him. i know some information about him and here i am collecting all of those.

Veli kajum han (Veli kayum khan) born on 15 July 1904 in Tashkent.(Heinrich Himmler personal doctor Felix Kersten said that he was descendant of Ghengis Khan but his widow which lives in Germany said that she don't know about it). he came to Germany in 1922. he studied economics and agriculture from German universities. he was founder president of NATIONAL TURKISTAN UNITY COMMITTEE in Germany. He was editor of MILLI ADABIYAT and Milli Turkistan (Berlin 1942-45, Dusseldorf 1950- 1975) which was published in 4 languages i.e Turkistanian (Latin Alphabet), Turkistanian (Arabic alphabet). English and Arabic.he worked with MUSTAFA chokay (died:1941) and found Turkestan Legion, the name for the military units composed of the "freiwillige" Turkic peoples who fought in the German Army during World War II.
He visited many countries like Saudi Arabia, Turkey etc for Turkistan Issue. He died on 13th August, 1993 in Germany.

Folks

Many thanks for the info on this enigmatic nobility. I believed Allied counterintelligence had interrogation records and documentation regarding personalities involved in National Committees in Germany.

I have been looking for infos on these National Committees that were set up by emigres in Germany but it was too late and too little since most of these committees were established in late 1944 and early 1945 when it is clear Germany was losing the war.

Does the national committees worked closely with Rosenberg's Ostministerium or Ribbentrop's Foreign Ministry? I believed somehow Goebbels' Propaganda Ministry was also involved with the national committees.

Prince Veli Kajum-Khan was also involved in the Anti-Bolshevik bloc of Nations (ABN) after the war similar to some anti-Bolshevik personalities such as Ferdinand Ďurčanský, Radasłaŭ Astroŭski.

Read in some Russian language books, he wasn't a prince or khan. His name is Veli Kajum, but after the Nazis appointed him as a Turkestanis Committee leader, he took "khan" title. Maybe he thought that he will became khan of Turkestan if the Germans won the war.

Russian book lied about him. He was belonging from a king family as he said in above file which is in German. as he was from Turkistan (born in Tashkent) , the word "Khan" was only used fro those who belongs to king family and Prophet MUHAMMAD (S.A.W) family. Mr. khan was a great visionary man. i am a grandson of Uzbek Turkistani Refugee and working on his life, works and struggle and i will thankful for your help in this regard.
Mr. Khan worked with Mustafa Chokay and visited prisoners camps during WW II with him. unfortunately, Chokay died on 1941 in Berlin. after that , Mr. Khan founded Turkistan Legion , an army against USSR with cooperation of Germans for independence of Turkistan. a representative weekly journal "Jani Turkistan " (Yeni/ Young Turkistan ) was published from 1942 to 1945 and he was the editor in chief. he published monthly Milli Adabiyat (National Literature) published from Berlin in 1943-1945. He found Turkistan National Unity Committee and published monthly Milli Turkistan {National Turkistan } journal in 1942 . it was firstly published from Geneva in 1942-1945 and again published from Dusseldorf Germany in 1949 to 1975. one year back, an article has been published about him in Turkish journal.
nowadays , i am searching files of Yeni Turkistan, Milli Adabiyat and earliest issues of Milli Turkistan. i hope you will help me.

The book is Bakhyt Sadykova, Istoriia Turkestanskogo legiona v dokumentakh. (Kaĭnar, 2002). The writer is not a Russian. Probably a Kazakh and have a negative view for this selfish and ambitious Uzbek Khan. The negative view about this Uzbek man also confirm by other non-Uzbek Turkestanis, who tried to thrown him out from Turkestanis leadership, but Veli outsmart them and have Gestapo to intimidate them.

Panzermahn

there are reports about Turkish diplomats help ex-Turkestanis Legioners by giving them false identity as Turkish students after Germany surrender. But there are also reports disappointmenr among ex-legioner because their's big brother only give them a little help to escape from Stalin punishment.
