Not sure. I have never seen a photo of him as young person. But is it Subhas Chandra Bose? The native political leader of Indian Legion, which later converted to be Indische Legion der Waffen-SS.

Unfortunately, I don't have that information. The picture can be found in different webpages, but none of them indicates the time when the photo was taken. One could suspect that the photograph is most likely from the period of his early life - many years before SS was even founded in Germany. A couple of sources of the image:He looks so young. Any idea when this photo was taken?
