Hello.

Have just received this Photo.

Are ther any who know who the Soldier with the Flag is ??

The other is Leon Degrelle.
It is an early photo, they have Wehrmacht uniforms on and not the SS.

that is the flag of the waloons during the rexist era of Leon degrelle. it shows similarities with the spanish jack.

Hello,
The picture is very small but the guy with the flag looks like Lt Vermeire.
The flag belongs to a company of the Legion Wallonie.

No it is not a press photo but just a photo of Degrelle.

Hello,

I don't think the soldier holding the flag is an officer.....(see V stripe on left sleeve). By way of consequence, he can't be Lt Jean Vermeire.

He has not any V-stripe on his sleeve (just the Walloon badge) but tress on his collar. It's a unteroffizier.
