Great stuff as usual, Serbian Boy.
The middle photo is particularly interesting. To see such a late photo of field-grade officers is truly unique.
Any chance of identifying the officer in the foreground of the third photo? He looks to be a platoon leader or company commander.
It seems that a thorough, objective history of this formation is needed. Any volunteers?!

Methinks the officer in the foreground of third picture is narednik-sergeant or narednik II.klase-master sergeant (US army).I can not identify him.

I wonder - what was the piping color on the boards worn by the men? On the last photo we can clearly see it was not white. My guess would be green for Police, any other thoughts?
