These soldiers in the companion train have been likely.
It may also be that they belonged to the battalion staff.
Unfortunately I don't know that.

there are MANY errors in your list (names, surnames, ranks, role, etc), Endzeit ...and names you give are more than 50% are pseudonym (or with faults)

some exemples :
-Hscha. Edmond WALTER is dead in Pomerania (not in Berlin)
- Jean FONTENOY was only in LVF in 1941-1942 ! he never belonged to W-SS (I am 100% sure of that)

there is to many things to rectify , and I can't do that now, and here, on a public forum. :milwink:

check your private message box. I send you the classic organigramm of SS-Sturmbataillon in Berlin, that is include in "Waffen SS Français volume 1 : officiers" . Of course, it doesn't mean there is ALL frenchmans (you will must wait he volume 2 :))
But you will have a solid base, with true ranks, names and surnames , cause list and informations we can found on internet (wikipedia) are totally expired !

Dear Gregory, is possible to contact you by email?
I'm just started to write the book about Charlemagne Sturmbataillon in Berlin and would ask you about some things. Thank you in advance.
