Uniform Identification

Hi Guys,
I was searching the net for WWII uniform identification and your site popped up. I hope you don't mind if I can ask a question on the POA soldiers. My now deceased father in law was part of the Russian liberation Army. My wife and myself are trying to identify her late father. The only info we have to start with is a picture of him in uniform. If possible could anyone be kind enough to let me know the identification/rank of the uniform of the gentleman show in the centre of photo attached. Appreciate your time..Thankyou

Very nice and rare picture. Do you have more photos of your father in law?

Thanks very much for your help. Great start.... we have to get hold of other family siblings to retrieve more photos. I am in the process of doing that.
Thanks for the info so far that is of great help to us. As soon as I receive more photos I will post them.

Could you enlighten me on the area they fought and period.
