Am I correct in assuming the SS-Füsilier-Bataillon 20 of 20. SS-Division was destroyed in September 1944? I can't see a mention of it after the battles of September 1944.

...yep. I was looking for a bit more. Did the survivors rejoin the Estonian Division or did they join the partisans?

I dont have my notes available, but I recall that most of the Btl dissapeared into the woods when the Germans evacuated Estonia. Some of the soldiers that had served with the Btl and who had been wounded during the summer battles was evacuated to Germany, and then later rejoined the Division. Some soldiers also fled to Sweden during the evacuation.

Thanks PK, I am researching Operation Jungle and although there appear to have been several members of the 20 Division involved there's no mention of former members of 20 Btl taking part.
