Major Graf Silov

I need a info on Major Graf Silov. He was CO of Ukrainian Btl., that was stationed in Western Untersteiermark (area of Celje and Slovenske Konjice) in March 1945.

I already checked with Michael, and this was not a unit of Galizien Division. Plus this name is very strange/unique.
