Hello Forum.
Does anyone know the awarding dates for the EK I & EK II of these 3 Latvian winners of the Ritterkreuz, please?

Gaigals, Roberts
Sensbergs, Karlis
Veiss, Voldemars

I have been searching for this information but I haven't been able to find it out.
Any help will be really helpful.
