Hi,

This seems ot be a pre-war Latvian horse-license and has 2 stamps indicating it may have been drafted by an SS Muslim unit? top stamp reads for FP 56509 and bottom is the Ostmuselmanisches Regiment ?
Any ieas if this cold be the case?

56509 belongs to LSSAH.

(?) SS-Kriegsberichter-Kompanie SS-Panzergrenadier-Division(LSSAH.),
(8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 3.2.1944 Kriegsberichter-Kompanie 1. SS-Division.
