I have only this low-quality one. If anyone has

I do not have this particular photo but the insignia clearly represents the Dutch SS. Compare the insignia with this close-up of the inauguration of the Dutch SS on 17 May 1942 in The Hague. jv

You will find all the information you are looking for in Hitler's Germanic Legions by Buss & Mollo published in 1978. Here are some illustrations of the vertical Wolfsangel of wolf hook introduced in 1941. The pictures are great. The last picture is Dr Wilhelm Harster. Trust this helps. jv

Hi, from the same source a picture of an NCO summer 1941. Also a well-known poster: "Which of these two is the true Dutchman?" jv

Here's another photo of the flag :)

Since this turned out like some kind of a thread about Dutch SS pics,
here's one horrible photo of a wounded member of Legion Nederland
(source: from a website about the Legion, i'm not sure if it still exists...?)

And here's one for ID:

but with no name...

That's eventual SS-Gruf.u.Gen.Lt.d.Pol. Josef "Joschi" Fitzthum, wearing the uniform of an SS-Ostubaf. d. R. of the Waffen-SS.
