I have search in vain to see, whether I could come up with some names. The Captain speaking to Zhukov is mentioned as an interpreter from the Royal Engineers in other photos of the same occasion. The Brigadier is serving with HQ 21st Army Group. Just over the shoulder of the Captain we get a glimpse the shoulder ensignia of Major-General Lewis Owen Lyne, GOC 7th Armoured Division).
Kind Regards

If I'm reading his distinguishing sleeve-markings correctly, the Brigadier is a Royal Armoured Corps Officer.

Hope this helps,
Paul
