Hi,
Who are the two men with General MacArthur?
I only known the 3 men on right:(L to R): 1, 2, Sutherland,MacArthur,Eichelberger
Maybe they are also generals.

Hi, I don't think he is James Robb.
Look carefully, the general in the pic salute by his left hand.

Hi all,
just took the attached image, its said that VADM Bogan is there, however the smiling Admiral looks like Arthur Radford - then Bogan should be the one with the sunglasses? - just need a confirmation.

(picture was taken in 1946 on the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt)

EDIT:
and page one this thread, General with helmet is Van Fleet

USMC general on page 5 this thread looks a lot like Julian C. Smith http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julian_C._Smith

thanks in advance,
Matteus

I agree the smiling VADM is Radford. I cant say whether it is VADM Bogan. Hower you can find several photos on the net showing the full photo naming both Radford and Bogan. Here is one: http://stellar-views.com/Photos_X-Planes.html

"Major General.1943.jpg" on page 5 this thread could be Archibald Vincent Arnold?

For ttvon: I believe the MG with Collins is Maxwell Taylor, CG of 101st Airborne Div. Note the Jump Boots he's wearing.
