I'm not sure, but lieutenant general near Konev could be Aleksander Aleksandrovich Luchinskiy - by May 1945 commander of the 28th Army, 1st Ukrainian Front. The only problem is that Luchinskiy was promoted to colonel general in 1945, and I don't know when it happened exactly - before June 24 or after.
On the second picture the man left of the 1s Baltic Front's banner is definitely lieutenant general Anton Ivanovich Lopatin, who commanded the Front's column at the parade. I have no idea about the second general with moustaches.

Luchinskii was made a Colonel General on September 8 1945, and I agree with the identification.

Hi,
Who are the two generals with James Byrnes in 1945?
Is 1 Vasily Sokolovsky? I am not sure.
