Lithuanian Army Uniforms/Suppliers

Hello, this is my first time posting here and I was interested in Lithuania in particular. You see I want to know how the Lithuanian army was supplied and what uniforms were used by them. In many photos they're wearing uniforms, greatcoats and have Mauser rifles. Where did they get their uniforms and how did they aquire Mausers? IIRC the Germans weren't allowed to send weapons to Lithuania. But convoys kept getting "Ambushed" and the weapons would fall into the hands of the Lithuanian army. How true is this? So what uniforms did the Lithuanian Army use in 1918 and where'd they get their gear?
