and I am stumped by the columns marked H & J. What do they refer too?

Which category would battle fatigue cases be classed under?

MED. What is odd is the categories rarely match the figures reported daily to 21st Army Group. Total CAS was reported as:

1 Aug 8
2 Aug 9
3 Aug 126
4 Aug 33
5 Aug 28
6 Aug 80
7 Aug 6
8 Aug 1
9 Aug 71
10 Aug 301
11 Aug 450
12 Aug 175

And so on.
