Captured Allied Aircraft

I came across this interesting photo in http://warbirdinformationexchange.org/p ... 15&t=50053 showing an American GI inspecting a couple of camouflaged captured aircraft late in the war. Does anyone have any other photos or information along these lines?

This may be of some use: http://www.fold3.com/image/37242168/
It contains some additional information, including the name of the GI, Cpl. Jim E. Wells.
