For global data, this website http://www.meteo-paris.com/chronique/annee/1944 (in french) has some data regarding temperatures and rainfalls over the years.

Note that
- it's the plot of the average value over the whole of France
- the plots are the difference to the average temperature, and the ratio to the average rainfall.

I do not know which is this average (nowadays, it's computed on a 1971-2000 basis, but I'm not sure it's this average which is used as a reference.

For day by day data on temperature (Min & Max) and rainfall (cumulative over 24h), have a look at this website :
