When do you think this photo, referred to as the blitz but also dated as 1943, was taken

found myself in a British History page thread on facebook with a picture dated as 43, which I dont think it can be.
Getty refer to this as the Blitz, but date it as 1st jan 43
I think it must be winter 40/41.
We think, based on alignment with the gasometer and the chimneys and looking at street view that its 60 Robertson Street in Wandsworth.
