Any docs of German POWs taken by Russia in E. Europe?

I am trying to research my Opa's whereabouts towards the end of the war. The last entry in his Wehrpass was "4/23/42 Landesschützen-Zug der Luftwaffe 1/I". He was around Posnan and eastern Russia at the time. He was taken prisoner by the Russians and was able to return home in 1946. Are there any rosters of German POWs take by the Russians in eastern Europe?
