I find some sources at least 3 divisional commanders were killed, 22nd Tank division, 113 & 137 Rifle divisions,

About which divisional commanders, still search.

I don't know why Stalin shot commander of 4th Army while it were 3rd and 10th Armies were encircled in Minsk, what the fates of both commanders ?

General Filatov commanding the 13 Army died of wounds received in early July 1941:

General Kuznetsov commanding the 3 Army ended the war in Berlin as CO of the 3 Shock Army:

There is a cynical version that Korobkov was available to the investigators from Moscow while other senior officers like Filatov and Kuznetsov were hanging around in forests with their whereabouts unknown. As a more serious reason he evidently screwed up not evacuating troops from the Brest fortress and a field camp near it in due time. A later investigation couldn't find out whose fail was that as Korobkov and Pavlov both blamed each other.

Hi, Art, thank for your data, do you know the fate of 10th Army commander after that Minsk battle ? This Army suffered heavily as some sources tell me that, the commander of 6th Mechanized Corps was killed, commander of 6th Cavalry Corps was captured and 13th, 86th and 113rd Rifle divisions surrendered in mass.

Did Stalin punish him or he had been killed already.

Minsk-Bialystok battle was very important battles as Halder thought that it was no exaggeration that German have won the war within a couple of weeks but in terms of casualties in senior post, German encirclement tactics not function well as Russian done later in 1944.

Only 4 divisional commanders killed or MIA and 6 were captured. If you looked at Bagration in 1944. In first two weeks campaign, 7 German divsional commanders were killed or MIA, 15 divsional commander were captured. Also another 7 corps commanders killed or captured.

In Jassy-Kishinev, also in a couple of weeks, about 13 divisional commnaders were capturd plus 5 divisional commander killed or MIA. From this two battles, Russian encirclment tactics function more better than German,

Any member had other opinion ?

Hi, I check wiki said battle of Uman , Soviet had 4 corps commanders and 11 divisional commanders, but right now, I only find out 8th and 13th Corps commanders and 80th, 141st , 190th Rifle Divisions and 44th, 58th and 72nd mountain rifle division commanders were listed as captured,

If any member has additonal data on another two corps commanders and five divisional commanders as captured for our reference ?

P.S. Soviet 13th Rifle division commander Naurov was captured in Oct 1941, not in June-July 1941 as he was left behind enemy lines for a couple of months.
