Would anyone be able to ID the Sturmbannfuhrer at 13.50mins and the SS unit he belongs to (None of the troops wear cuff titles)surrendering to the Americans in Czechoslovakia?

Hallo, it´s SS Obersturmbannführer Michael Kneissl, commander of SS Wach Bataillon Prag, which unit during Prague uprising (5.-8.May 1945) defended Prague castle. At 9th May morning it started retreat from Prague alongside with SS PzGrRgt 4 "Der Führer" toward Rokycany town.
