I see 2nd Shock Army had 46,92,259,267,327 and 382 Rifle Divisions and 19th Guard Rifle Division and six separate Rifle Brigades on June 1 1942, did they were wholly encircled and annhilated at the end of June 1942, when this army was encircled by German ? Anyone have data on that battle or on their divisions ?

There are quite detailed reports dealing with the strength of units the pocket. For example, this one from 27.06.42:
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/dou/?docID=113939702
From this doc as of 1 June 1942:
46 Rifle Division - 2719 men
92 Rifle Division - 4082
327 Rifle Division - 3365
382 Rifle Division - 2423
19 Guards Rifle Division - 3280
259 Rifle Division - 5393
267 Rifle Division - 4424
22 Rifle Brigade - 1530
23 Rifle Brigade - 2019
25 Rifle Brigade - 1461
53 Rifle Brigade - 1631
57 Rifle Brigade - 1945
59 Rifle Brigade - 1477
18 Artillery Regiment - 1041
442 Artillery Regiment - 1106
839 Artillery Regiment - 856
31 Guards Mortar Regiment - 519
166 Tank Battalion - 184
Total 39 455 men in combat units. In addition 305 Rifle Division from 52 Army - 4882 men on 1.06.42. Similar number on other reports from about the same time. The number of men who escaped or were evacuated from the pocket including wounded ranges from 10 to 16 thousand in different sources. German Army Group North reported total 25 thousand prisoners taken 20 to 30 June 1942:

It can be estimated that between 20 and 25 thousand prisoners were taken in the pocket proper.
19 Guards, 259 and 327 Rifle Divisions were later rebuilt as well as rifle brigades except the 25th.
