I have looked at some of the wartime records of the 11. Armee for 1941 but very little of the material covering the Crimea. It would probably take you a couple of years to just look through all the relavant NARA material covering the Crimea and Kuban 1941 - 1943.

There is a combat report from the 3./Pi.Btl. 46 for the crossing of the Dniester River in July 1941. That is all I am aware of at this time.
