90 Light organissation for Venezia-Gazala Battle

Postby valentine III on 16 May 2012 12:28

In reaging about the Gazala battles and beyond, from 27th may 1942 till end july 1942, 90 light organissation is not clear to me.

At the start of the offenssive it vas only partly motorissed so the 200th and 361st infanterie regiments were under 15th Schutzen brigade on the coast covering the "british" positions.

The rest of the division was sent on the flanking movement on direction to El adem-Tobruk, but, how were they organissed? Different kampgruppen are named: Marks, Menny, Loven, Kaiser, Menton, Brihel... and units 155 inf. Reg. 605 pzjag abt, 606 pz AA abt, 288sdv, 361 art abt., 408 art. abt....any 88 AA gun unit?

Many thanks
