Group of Ustaša Black Legion soldiers in recaptured town Livno in Hercegovina(1943). On the wall of abandoned partisan city command are paroles "Long live the partisans!" and "We will win!"

Croatian soldiers on exercise. I got a question-are these the Croatians in one of the "legionary" outfits ,like 369. "Devil's" division (officer looks German to me) or are they "normal" Domobrani?
