Montcalm and Wolfe in september 1759 Québec New France
actually Montcalm was mortally wounded and died a few hours later
there is also the battle of the Three Kings in 1578 between Portugal and Morocco but it seems that the Moroccan sultan died just before the battle from disease

Other well-known examples are Kosovo (AD 1389), Amphipolis (421 BC) and in some aspects Kolomna (1238 AD)

There might be some naval battles...I can think of some ship to ship engagements up to WW2 as well.
