There was a prominent French statesman after whom a park in a Pennsylvania town is named. He and others found Pennsylvania a refuge in the mid 1790s during the events of the Revolution. The Pennsylvania town also has a French name, attributed to these refugees.
Anyone know the name of the French gentilhomme?

Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord (the park being Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania).
