"Looks like we slaughtered the wrong pig!"

Postby Hossbach on 16 Feb 2013 06:53

Hi, I'm trying to find the source for this famous quotation. When, and to whom, did he say it. The best I can find is "to an aide," which doesn't tell me much. Did he really say it, and what reputable source/s can I consult?

Thanks for any help.

Regards,

This was covered in this thread: http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=179239
You should take a look at it. No one could provide a reputable source, but some options were mentioned.
Regards.
