Which unit (brigade) was comanded by Col. Tzvi Rom?

(Maybe the surename is wrongly written - this unit belonged to 146th Reserve Division).

None that I can determine. I never came across this name. I googled it and I see that it was listed in Dunstan's Osprey book. This immediately makes me suspect. The OB says this unit belonged to the "Ugda Kalman (146th Reserve Armoured Division)" which is absolutely incorrect. Ugdah Kalmen was an ad hoc formation with NO unit designation. It was alternatively known as Task Force Sassoon (Kalmen's last name) or Task Force Hammer. Prior, it was named Task Force Magen but BG Kalmen Sassoon took over when Magen took over 252nd Ugdah when Mendler was killed.

Also, the 146th Ugdah fought in the Golan during the war. After the ceasefire, it was transferred to the Sinai. Some books including this Osprey and Dupuy's Elusive Victory list the 146th twice but as separate divisions. There is only one 146th Ugdah under Moshe Peled.
