Hi everyone! Any detailed information about this projectile from 203 H/17 is highly appreciated (drawings and manuals). Photo from Kannas, Mainila region, dated by November 2014. Thanks in advance.

Most likely ”203 tkrv 24/31-Ra” i.e. “203 mm old style TNT shell, with fuze thread 24/31, fuze seat type Ra”, which should be 720 mm long w/o lifting plug. Better photos and measurements would be most helpful. I do have the original FDF data sheet from 1942, but adding a copy to this mail is above my skill level :(

Mails #168 & 169 are (most likely) 81 Krh/31.

Acc. to the old FDF manual "81-82mm krh:ien malli- ja varusteopas" i.e. "81-82 mm mortars´model and equipment guide" #167 should be 82 Krh/37.

By the way, I did not found this picture (http://www.kaur.ru/docs/sodan_elokuva.php?pic=kuva_2)
in SA-kuva archive. But it is downloaded from this source. Your ideas?

Swing,

Yes, I can send you copies of all the three different 203 mm shells listed in army manuals. Just give the e-mail address.
