Who is this Matti Salonen?

Salonen is mentioned in all of Hannu Valtonen's books written on Luftwaffe. Apparently Salonen has studied various German archives from the beginning of the 1970s or 1980s. He is still active at the 12 O'Clock High! forum in case you want to contact him.
