42567 is a 1935 Ford. Liked the monkey, but you did not comment on the Gas Mask headlamp covers which seem to be an exclusive Finnish joke.

Wonder when those were used for the fist time?

seems to have some sort of of a matt/anti glare paint

Yep, at first I thought it to be Santa Claus, but I think you are right here.

The distinctive features of Ded Moroz are long fur coat and warm fur cap. Such toys were made from wire frame, cotton wool and paper, my grandma has a similar one from late 1950s.
