The Finnish designation of that gun was 76 K/27-k

Seems that(at least) one 45mm Soviet bunker gun( what was left of it) exists in Finland at Peräseinäjoki.
Remains of another one of the two Soviet guns mentioned at Kumuri was brought to Finland by the veterans of war who fought at the region and veteran organisation:

Sortavalan fortified area. The Soviet 45-mm cannon casemates ДОТ-4 (45-mm gun + 7.62 mm machine gun ДС-39).

Yes, NW to Sortavala itself, AFAIK.

Thanks, I had registered the two holes at the gun mantlet, but didn't know that the other one was for co-axial mg.
Very interesting and I suppose a good innovation.

Here some photos of the 45mm Soviet bunker gun at Peräseinäjoki.
The most helpful local veteran organisation sent me them with permission to post them here.
